Worst customer service & loss of insured funds due to adobe & Viasat fraud
- - If fraud or a stolen card occurs, this bank won’t help you recover funds.
- - They retain fees you never owed and closed account after I asked for help.
Dont use !!!! If you have a problem and there has been fraud on your account or stolen card.
This bank will not help you get your funds back!!
They knowingly will assist the giant company in retaining fees for which you never had a service product or account associated with. After losing almost 1000 to VIASAT and adobe steal in a week, they then closed my account when I asked that they help me get my funds back.
Preferred solution: Full refund
