GTT Communications is harboring some trashy scammers/spammers that have violated federal law on their servers. When I submitted a complaint (with evidence) for them to shut them down, they told me to go "Complain to whatever government agency" regulates that and refused to take action or clean up the "trash" they allow on their servers.
They should be held accountable for harboring criminals. Clearly run by uneducated basement-dwellers that have no concept of women either. They addressed me as "Sir" assuming I was male..
I doubt any of these retched fools have ever seen a female in their lives besides their moms. Sad, trashy and unprofessional company.

Does not surprise me. They broke contract with me and turned around and charged me the entire contract price when I demanded them turn my internet off because of the breech contract.
From what I have read at other sites and blogs, this company behaves like it is likely run by some form of mafia organization, or other criminal element. The CEO is a corrupt pimple on the bottom of society and needs to be removed from power. He's part of an 'umbella company' who's out to effectively force-scam people unable to sue or legate out of situations and has made a business model over it. They have been known to (based on other posts and blogs and/or personal experience): 1.
Take *months* to turn off internet and charge a person for it. 2. Charge the entire contract for the amount, regardless of reasons or policies even against their own POS. 3.
'lose' the payments and overcharge people's accounts then take forever or 'forget' to return the overcharge payment. Based on this, any final payments to them make absolutely sure is done by a certified bank check. Also I strongly suggest you disable any credit card in use by them once you're done with any payments. They can't be trusted.
4. Potentially send a spam of hard credit pulls against people and systematically destroy people's credit ratings. When someone comes up with a class action law suit against these criminals, I'll be happy to join in. Until then, as I'm placed in a fairly high position in the fortune 50/100/500 companies of the world, I've been spreading around to blacklist them from any and all layer 1 & 2 networking of any business I work with.
They wanted to scam me out of my hard money, I'm happy to return the favor by using above-board methods. But I'm costing them far more than they did me by word of mouth and doing so with a smile.
We asked to cancel our service on July 5 and they acknowledged it and say it will take 30 days. So charged us for July bill!
That is unprofessional and is just about the money! So much about Customer Service.
