Electric etc is thru Simple Bills. $29.99 + 11.95/ month to split up the utilities. Why? Because they're running everyone off of one box.
My lights blink any time they're on. My office flooded the first storm we had. After 2 MONTHS someone came to look at it. Fridge smelled like a dead bodies.
Dishwasher broken. There was no cable outlet. I had to have it installed from the pole.
If I didn't love my location I would already have a lawyer. Just don't do it.
