Inability to email support or get password reset for account login
Can't email Gtech.
Tried their Web site but email submit button leads to error message try again.
Can't login to my account as password reset button in email fails in a cookie loop.

Rubbish havent heard a thing I explained my GTech was given to me after my mum passed away and wasnt charging & asked for advice bought a new plug still wont charge

You have the incorrect number for Gtech so the call didnt get through. So Im no better off now than I was before.

Service is out again i am going to cancel our service
The service has been going out on a regular basis
The last 3 nites I have lost service between 11pm and 12 30 am. This is happening several times a month.
All I get from gtech is a recording of B.
S. We live in a rural setting and have been living with this for many years.
All they say is read the contract we gtec don't guarantee service...

Cannot get through to G-Tech by phone.
Please call me I want to talk to a human. Jack 760-473-****.
I need to ask a human a question about my Multi K9 vacuum. I even tried ordering 2 replacements parts but unable to complete payment.

I want to cancel a gtech subscription that is taking 8.99 a month out of my account that i dont even recall subscribing to and i cant get ahold of anyone to do so

Batteries won't charge after little to no use
Had products for over a year have two products and to useless batteries. Need better battery technology.
