- I can't recharge and have run out of diamonds; I may quit.
i play league of angels and i have sent loads of tickets with screen shots this has been going on for 2 months but i have not had 1 answer yet i cant recharge run out of diamonds and all that i need so after years of playing i will have to quit because they could be bothered to answer

- Since Nov 2023, there are support delays.
- Promised 15 days, 90+ days passed; no reply.
- Spent $2000; may file legal complaint with country office.
Since November 2023 and one of your support is keeping delaying the request and not coming with any solution, I have try to create a new ticket several times and every time he keep deleting my new tickets and stating that they are working into, based on what he said should take 15 business days to be resolve and that was 90+ days ago, I have try several ways to avoid the legal actions and no response, I will like to contact your country office to file a legal complaint about the process mostly due to I have expend over $2000 in my main character so I hope I will get a reply about this issue
