Where thr forks feed into the neck of thr frame, it's loose and can't be tightened. Might be a missing washer or bearing that was not sent along with the bike when being assembled.
This bike was bought before Xmas during the bogo offer directly from gtbicycles.com need resolution as bike does not have even a mile on it and not safe for my son to ride. It's loose while riding.
