TERRIBLE !!! First time home buying didn't close on time no communication what so ever.
No one answers at all.

We finished a 203K renovation 7 weeks ago and still have not been paid! I have been lied to numerous times told a check was being sent, told the wire was being sent. If you are a contractor run!!!

All their talk is hyperbole nonsense. Don't buy into it. Just learn computers and do an online application through a credit union. I didn't see my LO until closing and went smooth as butter.
In order to refi or purchase home you need obviously a loan.
99% of us do...just don't use these lenders anymore that sucked off teet during subprime days. The rest is just tactics to lock down a rate for their bottom line.

TERRIBLE experience. We're 60yrs old, with an 803 credit rating.
The treatment we received from these, uh....people, we felt like we had the credit rating of a 21 year old again!! We quickly sent any documents Loan Officer@***F asked us for. They repeatedly asked us for the same docs a 2nd time-The same Docs we had already sent once!! wtf....
Did they lose them? Who knows?? It quickly became apparent that "Christy" was VERY inexperienced. It was later confirmed by senior GSF loan officer that "Christy" was, indeed, "in training"!!
This training is done at MY expense!!!! That said, I certainly hope she's a mighty quick learner!!!

Loan Officer David Butcher acted real nice and professional until I decided to go with another lender.He then started harrassing me via e-mail and phone calls.Warning to anyone looking for a refinance...do not do business with Traditional Home Mortgage...they will tell you anything to get you into a mortgage so they can make money and rip you off.Then when you want to change lenders they will not want to turn over the FHA case # There motto is Integrity,Compassion,Experience...what a joke.If all of their loan officers are like Dave the psycho....beware.

I worked there I believe this too. I was embarrassed of all the mistakes they made.
They sent docs to my client with no security to open to wrong email address. They did not get builders approved after sending builder and myself an approval . They also were upset I did not close the loans after they did not have the builder approved. They are to busy making videos and talking about what they can do instead of rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done .
If you can not keep builders due to dropping the ball where do you feel you are a leader in the construction industry .
They also say own the loan and every loan I did was sold right away . Except maybe 1
I currently work there and there is no way the above could happen. All customer documents are sent thru our originating portal.
IF it was sent to the wrong email address then it is because you had the wrong email in the account.
It requires security to open the email. Understandable why you are no longer employed there.
