I orderef thtu grubhub. My food was to be delivered by 7:25-7:35. At 7:50 i called asking if there was a problem. They told me 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later i called back, they told me the same thing. I called back a third time and they told me there was nothing they could do. My food didnt arrive until 8:40. I see theyre working real hard for the 6.99 service fee + driver tip.

We waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery (7:10 pm to 9:30 PM). We made 3 phone calls to grub hub and restaurant which kept saying food is on the way. We finally gave up and left to go out to dinner and then the food arrived 2 1/2 hours late as we pulled out of the driveway. It turns out the restaurant we ordered from is notorious for having problems with delivery. Then the restaurant called multiple times saying they are sorry but they were too busy... Read more

Place big order online through grubhub for amazing wraps, my card charged through grubhub holdings, 3 items were missing so i cld grubhub customer service, they apologized put me on hold while they confirmed with amazing wraps wht items were missing, restaurant agreed they did not see 2nd pg, grubhub got bk on phone and gave me ant of wht was to be refunded. Ordered my food through a coney place using GrubHub, my food arrived 3 hours late the driver looked high on drugs our food was cold, he had the nerve to ask why I didn't tip so I told him I tip directly in cash but because he was so late and looked high as a giraffe neck I didn't want the food. I called my bank canceled the charges and moved all of my funds into my smllc account so they couldn't recharge me. Read more

I made a point to leave instructions on how to deliver my order and even contacted Grub Hub to confirm these instructions. I get a person on chat that is rude and cancels the conversation before I am done and I get in a text fight between me and the delivery driver saying that my instructions were confusing. Keep in mind, my instructions were to deliver the food to the 6th floor of a building. Apparently, that is too difficult of instructions.... Read more

Basically, I have a daughter and a wife. We decided to order just a simple cheese pizza. Easy right? How about not. 25 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour and a half goes by. No delievery. On the website, it keeps upping the time of when it'll be there by 2 minutes. It's been 2 hours since we've ordered, so we call customer service, ask what's happening. 15 more minutes of waiting. GrubHub has made it impossible to communicate with anyone regarding reaped orders affecting pay. I want my wages and there is absolutely nothing that I can do. I've sent numerous emails to "driver care" with no resolve. Very dishearten by what I thought was a good company.

Ordered lunch today with a coworker. We both were excited to have hibachi and sorted the restaurants by less than 45 minutes. After we placed the order, the order said it would be ready in an hour and fifteen minutes. Luckily neither of us had urgent meetings so we did not mind.
