The stupid app put my son's address as the shipping default which is states away from me. I noticed immediately after placing my order so I emailed minutes after placing my order for them to change it for me.
No response.
No phone number to call. Very frustrating.
User's recommendation: Don't make the mistake I did by not making sure the shipping address is where I wanted my order to go because you will not be able to change it very easily if at all.

Unable to place an order.
I placed a large recurring order of three items. Filled everything in and was told I couldnt be delivered to as I had a Post Office Box.
However, I dont have a Post office box, I have a street address which I included. I tried to place the order yesterday and again today. I know Grubbly Farms has the information and can contact me but so far they havent done so. I learned about Grubbly Farms products through The Chicken event held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, March 3-5, 2025.
I want to follow the water supplement recommendations sent to me by Rachel the organizer of the event as well as the food supplement she recommended.
