I received a pair of shoes that were too small. When I contacted the company, RonniePoss (Customer Service) asked for me to sen a photo of the shoes and the invoice.
I did that.
He then said the cost of returning the shoes to Hong Kong was more than the value of the shoes. He suggested that I give the shoes as a gift.
