This scam company will not complete the order. It will not ship your order.

It won't provide any information about the order. You can't get responses from emails or the phone number, they won't answer. They will tell you they'll refund you, but they never do. My order never shipped so I asked to cancel.

They actually responded saying it's in their system so they can't cancel it. They promised to refund and told me to refuse the shipment, but they didn't provide a tracking number to refuse it, because they have no intention of sending your order.

They're just trying to steal your money. It's just another family business of grifters.

I want to cancel an order

It took a while for them to get back to me because it was Christmas Day and I think something might have been wrong with the computer system because I wasnt getting an email that I had sent them a ticket for the return. They have cancelled my order. I still am a very happy customer and will definitely continue doing business with them.

Refund

After 2 years of not being able to place an order I'd like to get a refund. Order number 475914.

I know this is a waste of my time and yes it *** me off even more. The original order was placed then I received a notification saying they were out an I received a fictitious credit. If it's not retrievable it's fictitious.

I've tried for 2 years to receive my honey berries with no avail. No phone number they give works.

Discover refuses to give me a credit for the $15.95 BECAUSE GrowJoy has not responded to them

I ordered three plants from this company in February and received only two of them. When I tried to contact the company I found they have no working phone and their email is called a "ticket" and after sending them three "tickets" they failed to respond.

When I asked Discover to deny them the $15.95 they had charged for the missing item, I was told that GrowJoy had not responded to them either, and I was stuck paying for an item I never received. The confirmation email I received from GrowJoy in February is included. The missing item was the High Definition Cajun Hibiscus. I simply want my $15.95 back, OR send me the High Definition Cajun Hibiscus.

The order number was 543011 and the order code was THO858279****. The only address I have for GrowJoy is 2952 W 500 S, Berne, IN 46711.

Not being able to contact them in by phone or email seems a poor business practice. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
