Closed their program and didn't notify any clients?? You would think if they knew the nAture of their business they would know that clients take a long time thoroughly picking a donor, and for most couples the infertility process can be a long road. Funny when you go to log in to re-order your favorite donor, and it charges your card, but then you get an email saying sorry our program is closed. Worst company ever!!! Never speak with a live person, always have to leave voicemails, just save your time and $$ everyone!! Do not use this cryobank!
