Beware of Get Grow AI - Unprofessional and Unreliable
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Get Grow AI. After paying them $16,000, they failed to deliver on the promises they made.
We initially dealt with the owner, Liziana Carter, who was entirely unhelpful when we raised concerns about their lackluster performance. She passed us off to her "success manager," Abdel, who was supposed to handle our situation and work things out. Abdel was agreeable, and we came to a fair solutionno further charges until we started seeing results.
However, shortly after, I received an email from Liziana herself, stating that she would not honor the agreement. In her words, "Abdel is excellent at what he does, which is why he's in the role, but I make the final decision." Needless to say, we have disputed the $16,000 we paid this company with our credit card company.
This woman cares about one thingand it's not your or my business.
There are plenty of other companies in the industry that care about their clients and take pride in delivering results.
Get Grow AI is clearly not one of them. Save your money and your time and look elsewhere.
