Resolved: Appointment was cancelled prior to 24 hour requirement
I had to reschedule my 2/10 appointment for 2/17. On 2/9 (more than 24 hours prior to the appointment), I made the change.
I have been billed for my co-pay for both appointments (2/10 and 2/17) and should only be charged for the 2/17 appointment. Please confirm my credit card on file will be credited the $60 co-pay.
Preferred solution: Full refund
