Products are good but it is impossible to contact the support service... really bad experience...
I tried to buy my rented products but its impossible to get in contact with a real human... they have no customer support and it dont seems like they really wanna interact with people.
I payed by far more for my products over a year than they are actually worth because i dont wanna get rid of my data and stuff but now I can't buy it from them like they advertised.
Really bad experience... wouldnt rent there again!

Hi,
I want to report a damage to my phone G-YB4NH4NU. The incident happened at today morning (16.01.2024) and it fell out of my pocket. Now the touch screen doesn't work.
I tried to report damage through different ways but i couldn't therefore i am using e-mail.

Preferred solution: I just want to contact the customer service, but it is almost impossible as i eventually will just redirect to an AI Chatbot which doesn't do anything but telling me what is already is in FAQ.
