Grove Theatre
Rudeness
went to the Grove Theater for the 1st time today. To pick up some tickets at the box office that I had bought from Goldstar to a show and theater I had never heard of before.
To be berated by an "old hag" that started to yell at me for trying to pick up my tickets. I was not arguing with the "old hag" she told me to buy tickets from them not Goldstar it's the same price. Well we didn't even know you existed without Goldstar. Goldstar states "Will-Call: You'll pick up your tickets at the venue." There was no time frame listed I was yelled at for suggesting she call Goldstar to have the wording changed.
The "old hag" told me she has been working with Goldstar for 10 years and no one has ever come to pick up his or her tickets early. I believe that the "old hag" is the manger ort he owner of the Grove Theater since anyone that that treats the public with such rudeness would not have a job unless they could not be fired. There was a young man in the box office that that was apologetic I wish the whole thing was caught on tape so that the "old hag" could see the way she treated me. I went to my car and cried I have not stop feeling hurt for the way I was spoken to.
I had really been looking forward to going out to a show but have no desire to go to the Grove Theater ever.
The "Old Hag" is the same as the one in Grace O. Covina, CA review.
