I received a box of 50 French Vanilla Cappuccino cups yesterday. The box was crushed on one corner and the bottom half of the box was open.
I was able to slip the contents of the box out and all the cups were there and didn't look as though they had been tampered with. I decided to try one this morning. It was terrible. I would like to return the damaged box and get a full refund.
I was shocked that the original packaging was not reinforced with extra covering or heavy tape to protect the seams of the box.
I will enclose a photo of the box as I received it (unable to get the photo from my phone into your box below). I would like a return label sent to my email: lmweiss43.lw@***.com

I have been drinking Grove Square Cappucinno k kups for over a year now! I drink 1 every morning and night!
This last box I purchased make colored water only! No flavor. I opened a couple of them and they have not even a teaspoon of Cappucinno mix in them! Must be the whole box because I have made 4 now in my keurig and opened a couple of them and same thing.
Very disappointed as I love a good cup of Cappucinno and the k kups are not cheap! I would like a coupon for some free Cappucinno to make up for this waste!

I bought a box of hot Chooclate and a box of Caramel Cupaccino and had 3 empties from the Cupaccino and so far two empty from the hot cocoa. What really is *** me off, there isn't a phone number to call to have the company fix the problem.
That just isnt right that I paid all this money for empty cups. I will not be buying this brand any more.

Grove square cider cups empty!

I bought a 24 pack of Grove Square caramel apple cider drink mix and loved the first few. Then I noticed they tasted weak and I thought I had added to much water.
I later was taking cups out of the box and noticed empty ones and ones with almost nothing in them! There are quite a few that have next to nothing in them and a few with nothing at all!
Only a few actually had a decent amount of cider mix in them! I WILL NOT buy grove square ever again!I thought it was a good deal..I was wrong!!

I have half a box of Grove Square K-Cups where the K-Cups are either empty or the coffee inside is stale. When you shake the cups, you don't hear grinded coffee but a block of coffee????
Before I started shaking the cups, I have tried several K-Cups and thought the coffee was stale.
I don't remember if I had purchased this coffee before so I don't know if it was just this box or if all of the boxes are the same. Of course, I don't intend to purchase any more of this so I will never know if it was just this batch or if all their k-cups are the same.
I had the same experience where most of the K-Cups were empty, and the one's that weren't were a small hardened ball instead of a full cup of powder.
Maybe a bad batch went out.
I bought 3 boxes of different flavours. One box was fine, all had full powder, the other 2 had issues so I took them back.

I bought Grove Square Coffee kcups yesterday at a local Stop and Shop. I tried one this morning.
It was terribly weak for being a dark roast. I paid $4.99 for a box of 12. It would have been a great deal had it tasted better. Instead I feel ripped off.
It was instant coffee, which I don't like.
I hadn't realized that until after I brought it home. Do not buy this weak coffee unless you like instant coffee, which in that case buy the coffee bags that you dunk like tea bags or buy Sanka.

I am a Keurig lover and even though the coffee is more expensive, the convenience and a fresh cup everytime is well worth it. I try different coffees from time to time and I purchased Grove Square Coffee, I thought it looked really weak when brewing then I noticed that the container shakes and no other brand does that and I also noticed that after it brewed it did not feel heavy like the other brands, so I opened one before brewing and it was granuals like Instant Coffee, then I opened one after brewing and there was nothing there. It has to be instant coffee and I feel really ripped off!!
I guess it's a matter of personal taste, but I found the Grove Square coffee to be among the most vile beverages I've ever tasted. Pay one extra dollar per 12 pack and much better values are out there for K cups.

I have a box of Carmel cider right now that are all empty!
I had the same issue just now, but have ordered the caramel apple cider in the past and loved it. I ordered 72 ct.
On Amazon and there was nothing in any of the K cups! I am so upset and not to mention I spent $41!
