deal closed on april 8th...was told it would take 2-3 weeks, then 4 weeks to fulfill the order...it is now almost 6 weeks later and I still do not have my item...calls and emails go unanswered....the one email i got gives a USPS tracking #....all the tracking info says is the mailing label was created on May 7....no indication of it actually being MAILED...WILL NEVER buy from them again. Just saw the SAME item being offered again on Groupalicious. You guys can't fulfill the darn orders from over a month ago! Complete scam artists!

i purchased a voucher to receive 100. Worth of lingerie, but when I tried to fill my order the code wasn't valid, so I sent emails to both companies, I finally received a valid code, but never received the product. I emailed both companies and tried calling Groupalicious several times, but never heard back from them. Eventually I received an email from the lingerie company saying " Groupalicious never paid them for the merchandise, Please contact them". I have gone to my bank and charged back the transaction. It has been a huge hassle and a big scam! do not purchase from them!

I bought vouchers from them that were not honored by the company (the gadget room never sent the item). I e-mailed them multiple times, and it took almost three months to see my money back. Now another company (Just Sports) wants to impose various restrictions on the use of a certificates I bought, making them useless (I would never have bought them). Just Sports told me to get my money back from Groupalicious for the three certificates (I have it in Writing). I have e-mailed Groupalicious multiple times, and they are ignoring me. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB, but Groupalicious is not in good standing with them. I am just out the money. No one should buy from them. They purposely make their name sound like Groupon to scam people.
