VW in Dartford. Steve is a credit to the company.

The service was second to none. Id been in sales over 30 years

(AA) (RAC ) motoring organisations. Now retired. There was no pressure, Steves knowledge of cars is awesome.

He followed up with a email and then a phone call.. I have been looking for a new car since February. After great thoughts. And regrets not to place a earlier order.

The car I set my heart on was taken off the scheme. I certainly will revisit VW at Dartford. At the end of 2026. When Im due to change my car again.

Every three years. My daughter has brought two cars . New polo 2017 then New Roc 2020 she loved both vehicles from the Dartford branch. Weve always found the hospitality very welcoming.

Thank you Steve for a fabulous wonderful experience. In looking for a new car. The patients you had, indecisive me. with my mother.

Who came to all my visits. Test drives. At a stressful time in car hunting. You made our experience such a joy..!!

I totally recommend.

If its your first time in purchasing a new car. Second or third, like myself. You would not be disappointed. If its for mobility car.

Like myself this time. I truly recommend. VW Dartford. Ask for Steve who has three decades of experience.

Thank you again.. it was a pleasure meeting you.

Refusal to honor Extended warranty purchased at Rivertown toyota

I purchased a car from Rivertown Toyota a little less thet a year ago. It was a bmw so I was concerned about the service.

I was assured that Rivertown was capable of servicing the car for any needs. They check engine light came on last week and I called the service department. They told me there was not a service person available and they would take my number and call me back. They never did.

I called again early this week and they ache an appointment for today at 1015. The scheduler recorded on the ticket that the pump needed to be replaced according to the check engine light. My wife took the day off to drop off the car this morning and my Thomas called me to tell me that as time passes its better to take the car to the original dealership (meaning bmw). He working for you was trying to get me to take my car somewhere else when I was assured that I was buying a car and warranty from a place that could stand behind both.

He also said that if he took the car it would take 5 days just to look at it. Again now he is trying to make it hard to nearly impossible to get it fixed at the place in which I bought it. I made several calls to Chris Blalock and he basically said the same thing trying to justify why Mr Thomas felt like he didnt want my business.

They basically refused to service my car today. That is wrong.

Gap insurance cancellation

I have not been able to resolve my issues with Group1 auto. Amy was supposed to return my call on Friday to try and help me navigate the system.

I waited but she must have been too busy to call back. I dont know how to rate you because my refund has not been satisfied.

Can't find the help I need

I purchased a $30 certificate from FTD for $20 for flowers. I go to use the certificate and it tells me I've already used it.

Funny, I hadn't done anything with it. So, I ended up paying full of $101 for the arrangement for my sick friend. Thank you very much Groupon.

And now, I can't get help with straightening out the problem, all because it takes an act of G-D to get a hold of a live person at Groupon. I want someone to call me with a remedy to the problem; which, includes a credit to my card.
