Khalid al Mulla of Group 63 in the UAE is a Ripoff Con Man

I would call Khalid al Mulla a scam artist – a ripoff con man who is all style and no substance. Why do I say that? Because he’s a guy who will show you the goods, ask for payment, and when he receives payment not deliver the goods. He ghosts between the UAE (United Arab Emirates) and New York City. With his unscheduled, unpredictable and unknown international travel, he’s very hard to pin down; very hard to catch up to. Good luck trying to recover your money or get the goods you paid for up-front. He initially was dealing with high-end cars, then he embraced selling high-end watches – Rollex, Patek Phillipe, Tag Heuer, Cartier, Brietling … you get the idea. He’ll flash them – show you pictures of them, you’ll pay a significant sum for them (even so, usually at below-market prices, which should give you your first warning sign) and then he’ll disappear. Stay away from this guy. Don’t do deals with him, don’t enter into any kind of business agreements. He’s a smooth talker and a smooth operator but that’s about it.

Khalid al Mulla, Group 63, UAE, A Scam Artist

Khalid al Mulla is a punk. Harsh? Yes. He's just a kid (20's), but he's a practiced scam artist. He'll convince you that he's got the goods you want -- high-end cars, high-end watches are his primary stock in trade -- and once he gets your money, he's gone. And you're left with - nothing. He makes sure he gets his money up front then disappears without delivering as promised. What makes it hard to get any sort of restitution is that he deals with customers internationally. So if you're in the U.S., like I am primarily, it's hard to find him when he's flitting about the Middle East. You're out thousands of dollars, sometimes tens of thousands of dollars and he's nowhere to be found. I'm known as Mr. Wael by my friends and I'm lucky enough to be able to spend time between the Middle East and New York City. I love America! But Khalid al Mulla - let's just say there's no love lost there. I am grateful have the ability to take advantage of freedom of speech while living part time and working in NYC, which affords me the opportunity to write and post something like this. Don't let Khalid al Mulla and his "Group 63" get you in his grip. He deals in empty promises. There will be a long line of people standing in front of you looking for a way to get to him and get some form of compensation from him. Beware.
