Comments/Questions

Terribly presented new VW Amarok, Scratched, not clean, rubbish stuffed in sunglass compartment, vibration at 50mph, all reported but no action. Sold me a vehicle with a hard top to be installed a week after collection, then told 2 weeks later they could not get any hard tops.

Vehicle of no use without a hard top, its what I purchased. Terrible communication from the dealer. I requested to hand the vehicle back due to the issues but mainly due to the customer service. I had to sell the vehicle back after 850 miles so I did not have to deal with them anymore.

Disgusting way to treat a customer that spent £65,000 with them. I have so far not had any response from further up at Group 1.

I suspect this complaint will go nowhere. "we strive to deliver excellent customer service every time", you are a very long way off what you claim to do.!!!
