Never got a call back from your customer service department but needed to speak to them because I could not figure out how to reinstate auto invest.

Money being stolen out of my account by an employee. Of grouñdfloor...
- - Returns are poor and funds yield little.
- - Money allegedly stolen by an employee; company denies it.
- - No investment records kept; disputes are hard.
This company is not what they portray. They spread your money out so thinly so you don't make anything but change.
The returns are shoddy and not at all what they say. I've made nothing but 10$ for the year. My money has been stolen from my account by an employee of theirs, but they say I took money out when I never did. They don't keep records of how much you invest, so when a problem happens, they don't believe you or your bank records and fight not to return your money or to make your account right.
Their service is the very worst I have ever experienced. They seem like they are anything but good, but they are thieves who steal your money and keep your returns. I say don't make this mistake by investing 500 or more because you will lose your money.
I kept track of my account every day, so I saw my money being taken. They have no security firewalls to keep you safe.
