Grossman Chevrolet Burnsville MN still sucks!
Purchased a new truck from Grossman, they had installed a lift kit prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. When they put it together they swapped two important pieces causing the truck to dog-track by 2". I took the truck back in 30 days after I realized it was dog tracking. They found the problem and accused me of swapping the pieces. In the meantime the trucks tires were now showing signs of wear due to the tracking but Grossman wouldn't do ANYTHING about it. DO NOT buy a car from Grossman Chevrolet, they SUCK. Do not buy from them.

HAD WORK DONE BY GROSSMAN ON MY 1993 CORVETTE 1.THEY TOOK THE STEERING COLUMN OUT TO REPAIR BUT NOTHING WAS DONE BUT THEY CHARGED ME $450.OO 2. THEY REPLACED THE WINDOW REGULATOR BUT WAS NOT FIXED. 3. BROUGHT BACK IN AND HAD THE REGULATOR REPLACED AGAIN. 4. BROUGHT BACK IN TO HAVE THE WINDOW ADJUSTED WHICH WAS NOW OUT OF ALIGNMENT. 5. NOW THE CARGO LIGHTS STAY ON 6. BROUGHT BACK IN BUT THE LIGHTS STAY ON 7.THERE IS NOW A BUZZING UNDER THE RIGHT SIDE UNDER THE GLOVE BOX 8, AFTER ALL THIS AND NOT FIXED RIGHT STILL COST ME $1300. 9. BROUGHT THE CAR TO SUBURBAN CHEVROLET AND WAS FIXED COMPLETELY AND AT REASONABLE PRICE.
