GRossinger. Hyaundia. In Lincolnwood WARNING Don't go to this dealership they use bait and switch tactics. Unprofessional, the dealership is dirty like a messy, restrooms just utterly gross, garbage is overflowing, walls are dirty and dingy, sure they need a remodel which they might be doing but this is just downright dirty gross house. they don't even have enough common sense to make their dealership clean. Desk are a mess, places is awful. uncomfortable chairs in dirty torn up floor the floors look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks you know they don't care for the customers they don't even care about their own place. walking in you will see none of them or even dress professionally they all have Ratty clothes on and t-shirts, jeans, some of the workers could not even afford a decent pair of shoes.

the Dishonestly the bait and switch that was just too much...

Lying about used cars and good deals bait and switch... beyond Un professionalism save your money go to a better dealership where there are more upscale than you will be much happier. paying a few extra dollars for a nice place to go when you own a car is important... same old story just another horrible dealer in the Chicagoland area that owns a lot of the market and treat their customers like ***. the lady who owns the place miss Grossinger should be ashamed and embarrassed.

when I went to the manager at the HYandia store in Lincolnwood the manager laughed at me I asked him about the car and he could not tell me his unprofessionalism I think was the worst of all because you knew he was the one in charge of the Motley Crue and we all know the peanuts doesn't fall far from the tree

I feel sorry for them all not making money and have to dress like that and work in those conditions.

the Grossinger s must be greedy to let the hired help be treated like that,. Save the Agravation Your energy, your time, your car buying experience should be a joyful and wonderful time and introduce you to a great dealership that's usually how it works... not at Grossinger warning warning do not go here. I wrote a letter to the Director of Operations and never heard a word back what's that tell you.
