Bait and Switch

Grossinger Chevrolet, Palatine Il. They advertise one truck....couldn't or wouldn't give a final price. The truck was at the owners house...who was on vacation...... kept me on hold for 3-4 days. No one could give me an exact level of truck it was.....I finally went in, saw it immediately, and just shook my head in disgust. When I called them on it, no one had a response. It's amazing how no one was able to look up from their desks as I walked by and then out. As of this morning, they are still advertising the truck that doesn't exist. Shame on Grossinger Chevy.
