Warranty for a ring
I have contacted them multiple times about a replacement for my ring. I ended up buying another just to be able to get a replacement and now, I have two broken rings and no help in getting them replaced.

Preferred solution: My warrenty honored. I don't have a printer, so I can't return the garbage they sent me because I can't print the label. The warrenty on the website says nothing about a printer so when you get their garbage you can print out a label

I guess because of there warrenty they feel fine about sending you garbage products. I have never spent so much on a wallet and thought I would get a good product for the price, but I was wrong.
I don't have much money and this bad product has really set me back. Don't fall for this people.

Ring has become hard and cracking
Bought ring for my husband for anniversary. It is no longer soft and doesn't give.
It has become hard and tough and beginning to have tiny cracks. I have ordered several times from you and have always been happy with purchase. It has only been 3 months. Ring has become rigid and dry.
Not sure if you will do anything about it. Worth a shot.
