Sent groomsman box I cannot even use
- - Third groomsman box is trash; items are unusable due to wrong labeling.
- - No refund or response; request to have Best Man knife ignored; offered $25.
I ordered a third groomsman box which is complete trash. I ordered 2 prior with a request for a knife to say best man- didnt happen sent it saying groomsman so I tried to make the request on this new order.
When I ordered in the customer notes I said Please see knife needs to say Best Man. We ordered before with this request and it said groomsman. We appreciate it.
Now each piece we received quite literally says knife best man I cant use any of it- the box, flask or knife! Customer service will not rectify it or refund, offered $25 to buy more *** from them which isnt even half of the order.
I dont even know if real people work at this company I emailed with NO RESPONSE the last time. The market is so saturated take your hard earned money elsewhere!!
