They missed the appointment

Poor. It's impossible to actually speak to a human.

Everything is done with messaging.

My appointment wasn't kept, & I'm still waiting for my refund, which is for $ 177.00 that had to pre-pay. My appointment was for12 noon & I received the text from them at 12:04.

This cut was a *** job! My poor dog looks terrible!

We request a close shave for our dog I. The summer. I don't know what happened, there are spots that don't look like the clipper touched her as all. There are long fur hairs everywhere, uneven spots, missed spots, and she was returned wet and not brushed. She is shedding terribly and has dandruff all over her.

It's awful! Definitely not a $200 dollar service. We are so disappointed.

Not to mention we are very frustrated about the booking process. We book weeks in advance and it seems that while we are held to a cancellation policy, the groomers can cancel right up to the appoint time and we are left hanging.

Also, it seems that you only have 48 hours to submit a customer service complaint. I contacted Customer Support to submit a claim today. Because it was 49 hours and 18 outside their "policy" and now they won't even talk to me about the hack-job and all the pictures I took of my dog.

I am furious and will do my very best to spread the word to as many people as I can to NOT use GROOMIT.

Charged Twice

Hello

On the day my dog was groomed, 4-04-23; My capital one card (ending in 9957) was charged twice. Both charges were for the same amount on the same day $222.58 on 4-04-23.

TWO TIMES

Capital One card contacted me and I had them reverse one of the charges.

You may want to check your billing department before threatening someone with legal action, or permanently deactivating their Groomit account. (as stated in the email I received from you)

I would have called you direct to discuss this, but I could not find a phone number for Groomit on your app

I would appreciate a response.

User's recommendation: I emailed Groomit my complaint they took care of it immediately. I am very satisfied with their services and they handled my financial complaint promptly and properly. I would recommend them
