Hello On the day my dog was groomed, 4-04-23; My capital one card (ending in 9957) was charged twice. Both charges were for the same amount on the same day $222.58 on 4-04-23. TWO TIMES Capital One card contacted me and I had them reverse one of the charges. You may want to check your billing department before threatening someone with legal action, or permanently deactivating their Groomit account. (as stated in the email I received from you) I would have called you direct to discuss this, but I could not find a phone number for Groomit on your app I would appreciate a response. Theresa Jones 805-206-**** User's recommendation: I emailed Groomit my complaint they took care of it immediately. I am very satisfied with their services and they handled my financial complaint promptly and properly. I would recommend them
