Service advisor
Came into Grogans Towne dealership on a Wednesday to discuss getting recalls fixed. Was told parts needed were there. Left vehicle to be repaired on Thursday. Got call from Dave McCoy (service advisor is his title) on Friday at 11:30 am, said he needed to order an EGR valve (which was one of the recalls). Mr McCoy said it would be fixed on following Monday and asked if I wanted to leave it until then. I said ok. Called Monday twice (11:32am and 4 pm) and left messages-no response. Mr McCoy doesn't even have courtesy to return calls and is leaving me hanging without my vehicle. This poor service experience with Mr McCoy is going to impact my future decisions for service at Grogans Towne and my next vehicle purchase will be at a different dealership!! As a side note the last time I was here for an oil change the service department took it upon themselves to do additional work and charge me for it. When I complained to service manager he told me (in front of two other employees) when I buy my next car to go to a different dealership!! Are you serious?? I told the owner (he was in his office) about it and he said he would address it. Not sure what happened. However, it doesnt seem that the message was disseminated to the other service employees, as their disrespectful behavior to customers is systemic. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.

Went to the dealer to get my free oil change promised from Dealer . Waited for 45 minutes before they opened they open at 8am. Pulled in and service advisor asked what I was there for I responded here for a free oil change and tire rotation. He stated I needed a appointment I said what ! There is nothing on their web site that you need an appointment for an oil change They even state on their Express Lane advertisement no appointment necessary. I wasnt very happy and told advisor I will get it done at Monroe Dodge Superstore which by the way I went directly there to get it done.
