I've not received what I purchased online in more than 2 weeks

I placed an order online for three maranatha almond buttersmore than 2 weeks ago and have not received my order. I've emailed them several times with no response. I spoke with somebody several days ago who said he would have somebody contact me no problem by the next day that was several days ago. They promptlycharged my account two days after I placed my order, of course. There is no app or any way to track my order but of course they have my money and now if I call it says the mailbox is full cannot receive any messages.

User's recommendation: Do not patronize this company as they are unreliable.
