Got my delivery but nothing in box

my order box was delivered in a sealed clear bag you could see the box had been opened an the contents had been removed obviously not delivery driver as was in sealed bag royal mail delivered

We have to many pods at the moment
We have know complaint with GRIND ALL WE WANT TO DO IS CANCEL OUR ORDER FOR A FEW MONTHS. We love your coffee we just have two many pods at this time.

Absolutely hopeless.Just want to talk to somebody.Can't understand the involvement of "pissed consumer" such a dumbed down name .Grind is classier than that and coffee is great.

- - I ordered 12 tins of ice cold coffee.
- - The Brazilian ground coffee and its tin were missing.
- - Some ice coffee tins were dented; packaging was inadequate.
I order some ice cold coffee 12 tins. And Brazilian ground coffee and a tin for it to go in.
But the ground coffee is missing as well as the tin.
Some of the ice coffee tins are dented. Packaging very poor just tins in a card board box by itself no packing in between etc.
