- - A gift-set order included scissors, but only the sheath arrived.
- - No working phone number makes contact about missing items; I won't order from Grimfrost again.
I had ordered the hand-forged scissors, but I only received the sheath and I am unable to speak with anyone as they don't have a working phone number. I have also ordered tweezers and the hand-forged knife as gifts.
The tweezers and scissors were supposed to be a gift set, but they never sent the scissors that I paid for!
They steal your money and make it hard to contact them to rectify the issue.
I will never order products from Grimfrost again!
