Facebook had a post of 80% off merchandise. I wanted to know if this is true or if it's a scam. I am looking to do business with this company and don't want to be ripped off.

I had ordered the hand-forged scissors, but I only received the sheath and I am unable to speak with anyone as they don't have a working phone number. I have also ordered tweezers and the hand-forged knife as gifts.
The tweezers and scissors were supposed to be a gift set, but they never sent the scissors that I paid for!
They steal your money and make it hard to contact them to rectify the issue.
I will never order products from Grimfrost again!
