Yes, I have contacted the Company several times by Email. Never received Grillbot as ordered on April 14, 2025.
Confirm Your Address. 2. Check with Friends & Neighbors. 3.Check with Your Local Post Office.
Wait a Few Days. Done all of that.
USPS received the package, but delivered to wrong address across town. They thought they had recovered the package, but was not sure about that, so they were going to check into it again. If found, they would return it to your company (not me) and I should follow up on your request to send another order, which was in your April 30th Email.
Which I did on May 1st, but, have not received it. This was a birthday gift for my son, Michael's 60th Birthday on April 27th, so it is disapppointing not to have found it or replaced it by now.

I just love this brand
I love Grillbots, I had a good experience with their team they helpwd me get my christmas gift on time even tho we had some issues with the carrier. 10/10 recommend

Cannot turn it on
G charged it up tried to turn it on wont come on. Tried unplugging battery for 60 seconds. Still wont come on.

Verified ReviewerI accidentally placed an online order, at the wrong location. Went to the location, apologize for my mistake. And was told that the order could be canceled. Later made another order later that day for
I made the mistake of incorrectly placing order at the Greenville avenue location instead of my location in Duncanville texas. I called the store, and was rudely told that nothing could be done.
And that I had to contact customer service myself. Did that, and only found an email to be able to send for an immediate refund and cancellation of the order. I've had this issue in the past, and was immediately told that the order could be canceled by the restaurant itself. The MMG on duty at the Greenville avenue location, was quite rude actually.
He shortly told me that nothing could be done and it was my job to call customer service, and fix the situation.
I simply just wanted to refund. That's all.
