I accidentally placed an online order, at the wrong location. Went to the location, apologize for my mistake. And was told that the order could be canceled. Later made another order later that day for

I made the mistake of incorrectly placing order at the Greenville avenue location instead of my location in Duncanville texas. I called the store, and was rudely told that nothing could be done.

And that I had to contact customer service myself. Did that, and only found an email to be able to send for an immediate refund and cancellation of the order. I've had this issue in the past, and was immediately told that the order could be canceled by the restaurant itself. The MMG on duty at the Greenville avenue location, was quite rude actually.

He shortly told me that nothing could be done and it was my job to call customer service, and fix the situation.

I simply just wanted to refund. That's all.
