Resolved: I ordered 2 grill cleaning sets for father's day
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to put in a petition to PayPal and they got me my money back.
3 days after father's day, I still had not received them, so I emailed and called them requesting a refund. They never answer phone and I got an email saying they could ship it out that day.
I emailed back saying I just wanted money back. I got an email days later saying they would give me a discount on other items. I again emailed I just want money back. They eventually sent product while I was away and because I did not pick it up in 14 days, the post office sent it back.
Now it is 7/27. No money yet and emails get kicked back to me!!!
