Poor service - despite having contract

Griffith Energy Services: for the second time in one month,we lost heat. Response time has been 7+hours - house was 53 degrees. COLD! Have service contract (they call it a "policy"). First time, air in lines because though we have automatic oil delivery, they let the oil tank get too low (this was per the technician that responded). Second time, ran out of oil. Per their office when call placed, someone in "Sales" put us on some kind of hold (still don't understand it - made no sense). Could not clearly explain why, Also, person spoken to said there was some confusion about our oil tank size - you have got to be kidding - this was one of the first questions asked when Griffith was contacted in June 2017. Plus Griffith did a site visit! Either way, we were never contacted about being placed on "Hold" ! So much for automatic delivery! Extremely sorry left prior company. Buyer BEWARE!
