Purchased a 2017 f150 limited November 2022 when service came do this month all went well however my service company informed me the ties are dry rotted a wouldnt rotate them because of this. Suggested I contact the dealership I purchased from.
Ive called numerous times with no response. Please help just want new tires as this vehicle is costing me over $58,000.

i bought a 2018 Honda CR-V 10 days ago, i took the car Sunday 23, in the afternoon, that night, i went to the store, i went over a small bump in the road and the high beams came on, that should never happen, i reported it to the salesperson and he told me that does happen, i left it at that even though i knew that it was just sales talk, two days later Tuesday morning the driver side sun visor fell off, this now got me furious bcoz now i had to drive with one hand on the steering wheel and the other blocking the sun in my face, i was at work so i texted the salesman and advised him to notify management that I’m going to cancel the deal on This car and choose another vehicle, so after work i went home and removed a bag i had just placed in the trunk, upon opening it i could smell an odor that of the car being wet inside, i drove to the dealership, and pointed out my complaints, they sprayed something in the trunk and said That will take care of that, to date That smell is still there, they have ordered the sun visor bcoz they don’t have one in stock, and as of now they told me that could take 3 weeks to 3 months b4 they can get it, unfortunately i just cannot see myself keeping this car any further and being inconvenienced not after investing over $30,000 for it, please i urge you to help me, switch this car for another one, my complaints was within the 7 day period advertised in the showroom., i have contacted the finance company and told them, and they advised me to take the car back to the dealership, hand them the keys and tell them to unwind the deal, one of the managers told me flat out not to bring the car back, i own the car. Thank you in advance for listening and looking into this matter for me
