Electric fireplace # F2811FL does not turn on
No response
The power switch does not turn on the electric fireplace. I have not received a call as yet.
I left details of the problem with my phone number. Hopefully I will hear from them soon.

Got Scammed !
Ordered a 55 inch Samsung tv. went back and forth for over a month with no delivery, then they cancelled the order and said a trailer was stolen with my tv in it ! They still have my $1335.
They gave me several stories about when they were going to ship my tv, just to put me off longer. At first they were going to email me a tracking number and then they were loading it on their own trailer for delivery. Everything on their web site is out of stock ! I think this store is a front just to steal money.

Mine is 3 years old, never worked properly, just 3 buttons... Mix up with RV dealer and it was out of warranty.
Trying to find a contact number was I ordered a new one from Amazon.
Ca, it was smaller without the same stainless trim and an stuck now... Was yours all the buttons or just some?
