On December 24th 2016, I went to purchase two greyhound tickets for my daughter (9) and myself. The agent ran my card twice saying it was declined both times. I went online a saw that greyhound deducted the amount from my Amex account and put it on hold. Bus driver is actually yelling at people for talking. Not like it is middle of night. 2:30 on afternoon . Came from ny. When we left providence for Boston. Started screaming at people for talking . They were not even that loud

Sacramento station employees are disorganized, rude, and have no priority. If there is an empty seat, they give it to whoever runs fastest, not to passengers who have been waiting the longest.

You are better off eating a *** sandwich,than to expect a decent experience riding grey hound. The drivers need a lesson in humility,customer service and human decency ... so does the management .They must practice being tool bag *** in front of the mirror. They are quite good at it, especially to frail senior citizens. They must employ ex cons and the bi-polar mildly retarded. What a *** show. And to top it off... the outsource jobs to India... Had Horrible snd terrible experience with Greyhound on 12/14/16. Bus was delayed for over 3 hours. I was suppose to be in New York from Pittsburgh to catch an international flight to London Heathrow. The bus that was suppose to arrive at 4 20am ended up getting to new york 8am and my flight scheduked to *** 8 20am. Im stucked here in JFK and the airline said i cant make changes to my flight. I wont use greyhound neither recommend it to anyone... Read more

I really hate you motherfu***** with a passion! Because of you guys horrible customer service i missed a funeral! You guys aren't ***! I. The past 3 months i would try to get a ticket to see my relative because of near death I missed trips and you motherfu***** wouldn't get the trip correct and would switch *** without teling the customers! Driver very rude an is swirving all over the rd. Early this yesterday my wife was on bus that broke down 6 miles from bus station an say on side of rd for 7 horses an still to today have not received fefune that was promised

On bus now and driver is swerving all over the rd an gas bus so Hot you can breath .. .plus last yesterday wife was on bus that broke down 6 miles from bus station an was stuck on side of rd for 7hrs an still to this day never receive the refund that was promised
