The flat out rigid non-refundable tickets, are grayhounds gold mine, I purchased $500. Worth Of bus fare.....due to my health, I was not able to make the trip....Grayhound has not offered me credit for future travel....keep sending me robot messages about..non-refundable fare.....i live on SSDI, $500. Is alot of money to this old lady....

It doesn't cost anything to be courteous and nice. I've never experienced such rudeness in my life. I saw no professionalism at all. The employees talked to you as if they didn't need our business. I was sitting down and a employee was sweeping the floor and ran into my foot. She didn't say excuse me , I'm sorry or nothing. I will never use this transportation system again!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I booked the wrong date for my ticket and the website told me to call them to exchange them. They blatantly lied many times about exchanging tickets and bus locations and gave us wrong information. I will never ride on a Greyhound bus again! This company is a disgrace to humanity!!
