I spent $200 on a bus ticket from Pensacola Florida to Rolla Mo for my son. First they only sent part of ticket to me and not full ticket until after my son was on the bus.
They said that he could scan QR code and get copy of ticket just to tell him when he was there that it would cost him more money and only via cash Wich he didn't have. I had to look up and call every number Greyhound has to reach someone to get his ticket in full. Then we noticed that instead of Rolla Mo Wich was very clearly stated to be the destination of trip was a city we never heard of in Mississippi. So I yet again called to get this fixed and they denied being at fault and claimed that I put that destination in online when I bought the ticket via phone call.
And proceeded to say that he would infact be stuck there as they wouldn't fix it. And that in the middle of the night had to go load money onto a card to buy him a new ticket to get him to the real destination charging me an additional $250 for this second ticket Wich now brings the price to $450 plus other cost of having to get him headed in the right direction.
Now his 17 hour trip is on its 2nd day and won't be over till tomorrow and he has had to go without eating because he was only prepared for a 17 hour trip. I am mad as *** and think they should have refunded me not charged me an additional $250
