Greyhound Australia - Bus Service Review

I bought the bus hop on - hop off and many other things with wicked travel and they have cancelled 3 of my buses in different days. I re-booked my buses and they sayed that now they are going for sur but Nobody give me a solution and they dont want to refound nothing as well. This is a disrespect, most of the people are in their holidays and they are making this time a horrible experience. Their excuse is the cyclone Debbie, but from a couple of days the roads are clear to the north. On the other hand, they didn't take the responsability about the rest of ther tours that i bought, they just delegate everything to the providers. I dont recomend this company at all
