Awful service

I brought my 2006 Ram 2500 in for repair after stalling out, after a $1200 bill for repairs, they said my fuel line disconnected and repaired. I brought my truck home and it died again 2 days later, leaking fuel from top of tank.

I looked closely at the repair and found they connected the fuel line using a zip tie. When I called and spoke to their manager they said they would repair but tow the vehicle at my own expense. I live in Northern AZ and the repair shop was 70 plus miles away.

They said they could do nothing for me.. These are thieves, stay away from their shop.

Greulich's dishonest Practices

Updated by user Sep 23, 2011

After posting this, I was contacted BY Greulich\'s Corporate office and reimbursed by Greulich\'s for the price of the battery. They made a great goodwill gesture. Thanks so much

On August 28, 2009, I had a new battery installed by Greulich's Repair shop in Chandler, AZ. I paid for the top of line Interstate Battery with a 30 month free replacement.

After 25 months the battery failed. When I went to get a replacement I found that Greulich's of Chandler, AZ installed the cheapest battery that Interstate sells. The battery they installed only had an 18 month free replacement.

When I went back to Greulich's of Chandler, Doug's response was " you can not prove that that was the battery we installed". BEWARE DISHONEST REPAIR SHOP!!!!
