I attempted to contact Grenade UK Customer Services on a telephone number linked to their site regarding a regular subscription complaint. My email address was requested and provided along with the reason for my contact.
The site then attempted to connect me with the telephone number listed which was a Coventry number. The connection was unsuccessful on three occasions.
Recorded message stating the number was incorrect. My initial complaint remains unaddressed after approximately half an hour including 'penning' this complaint

Resolved: Attempted to ring customer service. My contact details requested but the telephone number provided was a Coventry number which gave a recorded message stating the number was incorrect
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company responded to my initial message containing details of a product complaint extremely promptly. They then offered a full refund on the product, sent me a replacement and assisted with setting up an online account so I could benefit from their reward points scheme and to assist with messaging if I needed to contact them in the future.xtreme promptly.

My order
Hello I ordered womens recruit leggings a hoodie and a12 pack of sun of a beach drinks, my order was delivered today between 11/08 12/08 unfortunately I was at work and my partner took the delivery but questioned why the box was open the delivery driver Audrius agreed the box was open but nothing is missing.but when I got home at 5pm not only was the box open but 6 cans of drink were missing my partner didnt know what the order was so just took the parcel, I have contacted DPD UK DELIVER and spoke to a sinaye about 5.30pm she told me that they never deliver an open parcel and it shouldnt of happened and that I was to contact grenade to let you know, I have tried calling you only to get a voice mail telling me I can not leave a message as the voice box is full, this is very frustrating as I now dont want my order knowing someone else has opened it and gone through it I hope you can resolve this matter for me,my parcel no is 1550 32** **2 843 I await you reply mairie sutton
Order not received
Place an order over two weeks ago havent received it sent an email. Still no response was told to use Facebook messenger send a message via Facebook messenger still no response.
I dont know if Im getting my kids are not bad paid and order has been placed. Not happy at all with the customer service.
