I brought my car to Gregs Japanese auto to have the clutch master and slave cylinders replaced when my clutch pedal dropped to the floor. Two days after the repair, my clutch gave out.

I brought it back to them to look at and check the adjustment of the clutch pedal. They were very rude to me insisting that they had told me the clutch was wearing out when I first brought the car in and that it was normal wear and tear. They recommended that I pay them to replace the clutch. I knew this was incorrect because the clutch had been replaced within the vehicles recent history.

I took it to another shop, where they took a look at it, readjusted the clutch pedal and it now engages and grips just fine.

They did warn me that the poor adjustment likely damaged the clutch (glazed the surface). When I took this information back to gregs and asked them to replace it, they laughed in my face and threw me out of the shop!
