Very embarrassing
Hi Kristin,
The story Im about to tell you is embarrassing and gross. Im an avid customer at Gregorys coffee shop in Deer Park NY.
I buy 2lbs of espresso beans a week religiously and in get the Turkey egg bites and an espresso every time Im in the store.
Now onto my issue. And this is the 2nd time Im reaching out you someone at Gregorys about this issue. Last Friday April 21st after my purchase of 2lbs of espresso beans and espresso over ice I had the urge to use the bathroom. As humans sometimes nature calls unexpectedly.
So I rushed to the bathroom and did my business very hastily. When I was finished I went to grab some toilet paper and to my disappointment there was none there. I was a mess to say the least. I had no choice but to use my shirt to clean myself.
I dont think I need to get into details. Bottom line is my shirt ended up in the garbage and I was mortified and embarrassed. I hope in the future no one has to deal with this issue. I wont write a review about this as of now.
1 mistake does not counteract 200 pleasant experiences. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Unanswered Complaint
This correspondence is referring to one of your staff members incredibly unprofessional behavior and my negative experiences over the past year at your establishment. At 16:30 hours on January 16, I was at your 443 7th Street NW Washington, DC, 20004 location and was treated with extreme disrespect and insolence.
I have never experienced anything like this before. The young woman in question was a light skinned African American woman in her mid-twenties wearing false eyelashes with short hair with flattened curls on each side.
I have attached a photograph of the employee to this complaint. In addition, if further information is needed concerning this incident and others, I will be more than happy to extrapolate in detail.

i have visited Gregorys Cafe today at 8th Avenue between 36th and 37th Street New York City.
the guy behind the counter had a pink eye (very very contagious and should not serve food/drinks
I got a Banana and chocolate chip muffin when i asked the person behind the counter to change my muffin because it looks burned, he made a face told me its not burned when i did asked again he did change it came into my office and tried the muffin it was burned the taste was horrible, i do buy there coffee often and never experienced this service

Poor Service
Have not heard from Gregory's regarding my complaint. This company is difficult to communicate with in person.
no phone number, etc. Very frustrating - I couldn't even talk to someone about my experiences with them.

Customer service complaint
Have been a steady, every weekday customer at FIDI, purchasing 2 cups of 16oz lattes since September. This morning as I walked in to get the coffees I had called in, a young black lady with long braids with reddish color running through them, said very rudely, the line is back here.
I said I called in an order.
She then said snippily go back there.
As I was leaving, I told her she was being very rude and she said goodbye. I asked for her manager and she again said Goodbye.
This is unacceptable behavior.
What will be done about this?
