Auto Insurance with Greg Hutton Insurance Agency

I bought a Auto Insurance policy from State Farm (through Greg Hutton), and cancelled the policy as of Jan 15, 2012. My billing cycle runs on Jan 15th, 2012, so the money was taken out from my account, but State Farm is supposed to return the un-used portion (in this case 100%). Here is few things: 1. The cancellation of the policy was a pain as Greg Hutton was reluctant to take action. I had to spend 30 min to explain why I am cancelling. 2. During my auto-insurance policy, Greg bundled a Home-owners policy and charged me without fully disclosing it or my knowledge. I did not ask or wanted to buy any kind of Home-owners insurance. 3. I did not receive my refund yet. Instead a bill (Notice of Payment attached in email) for USD 120.95 which I do not understand why! 4. Bill shows charges I owe to State Farm (in this case Greg Hutton).
