I Greenway Kia had given me appointment yesterday of day before yesterday on on Tuesday to come to their office to have a steering wheel lock installed even though I read the letter I understood that I was supposed to they were going to order it and send it to me when I went in there today I showed him the paperwork he kind of took the paperwork I told him I had 11:00 appointment he took the paperwork and said no that's not what you got to do you got I understood all of that but then I told him about my key fob and endurance had told me all I had to do was have the people to call them he told me it would cost me $295 for him to look at it and tell me what the problem was with the key fob I told him the key fob was broken so him and I went around I said well my insurance company said I don't care what your insurance company said I'm telling you it will cost you $295 for him JJ oto look at it and find out what the issue is I then when I left there because I told him I figured it was a race thing and I told him I'm not one of those black people that don't have money and he went to say something and I walked out so I called endurance endurance said they have never heard of anybody charging almost $300 to look at your key fob I was told to call other companies a Kia dealerships to see what they said well as of yet I have not because I am still upset behind David Addison's attitude and how he treated me and what he said he didn't care what endurance said he was telling me what he had to say he looked like he weighed about 400 lb he didn't want to get up from where he was sitting which I can understand and he was just rude his customer service skills were zero and I thought that now that Greenway had taken over City Kia it was going to be better but to my surprise that one person that one person if I had to give a grade he would have failed the whole service department he was terrible he act like he had issues I don't know what his problem was I said good morning I spoke to somebody I thought it was him cuz I thought they said David but they said Gabriel so when he finished tinkering with his computer he decided to help me I told him that I had an 11:00 appointment I also told him that someone from Kia Greenway told me to come in and I also told him what was said about the key fob and the person that I talked to on Tuesday told me to tell David what was going on with the key fob but David did not want to hear it and he was rude so in turn I had to let him know I'm not just one of them pull black people and plus I'm 71 years old if he treat me like that I can't even begin to imagine how he treats his mammy it's just unreal and I had to get this out and everybody that's why I guess that's why I went to Lakeland they picked me up I went to Lakeland to get my Kia because of that I went to Lakeland so they're going to lose business just because they have no customer people skills I was a telephone operator for 20 years and had I been like he was to me by the end of the day I would have been out of a job so he's lucky. Plus I am an ordained,licensed Prayer Minister.
