Had the worst experience at Greenway Dodge. Jay (salesman) is a crook.
He tried to screw me over in my deal and was shoving paperwork in my face trying to get me to sign it too quickly.
Everyone at that dealership beats around the bush and doesn't care about genuine customer service and it's obvious right off the bat. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

I had the worst experience. I called and spoke with Victor who previously sold me and car because I trusted him. He told me that the car had been through inspection and was ready to buy. I told him the price was too high. So he called me back for three days. He finally agreed to come down on the price. I live an hour away. I left my job an hour early and drove through 5' o clock traffic. When i got there to meet with him husband we got in the car and immediately noticed the ac was not working, check engine light was on and a piece of the ceiling was missing. We began to ask him questions and with a nonchalant attitude he confirmed that the ac did not work, the sunroof didn't work and he put the parts to whatever was missing on the ceiling in the glove box and stated we could fix it. He had no explanation as to why the check engine light was on. He had a poor attitude and continuously said we don't have the funds to put into getting this car fixed. I'm furious because these are things he should have mentioned before I drove an hour to see what was clearly a piece of junk and I am appalled that Greenway would even sell a car in that condition. I will never return nor do business with you all again! Victor was unprofessional and dishonest! He needs customer service training immediately! I will be sure to share this experience with as many people as I possibly can.

Greenway Dodge Orlando Nasty manager
In July we had to return a leased Jeep Liberty Jet. Upon arriving on a Sunday, we were informed that they can't accept lease returns on a Sunday.
We were there 3 separate times prior to this trying to trade it in. The last time we were there we decided it would just be best to turn it in. At no time did the salesperson or managers inform us that we could not bring it back on a Sunday, which is the only day that I'm available to do this. I asked to speak to a manager and that manager proceeded to tell us the same thing.
I told them that the Jeep has to be returned because the lease is up. He proceeded to tell me that I am hard to deal with and escalated his attitude. Do they realize that we are the customer and that we don't work for them? After finally to agreeing to take the vehicle in, I was outside with the finance manager whom I actually have a good rapport with.
He asked what was wrong and I explained to him the runaround that we were getting and he apologized for the problem. The manager that was now dealing with us overheard what I was telling the finance manager and turned around and screamed at my kids, wife and myself that we can now take the vehicle and he isn't helping us anymore and we will have to bring it in when they "normally" accept lease returns. I have since made a complaint to the Chrysler complaint division and of course they have lied to me for over a month telling me that a case manager is on it and will contact me. After 6 phone calls and over a month of waiting I am now being told that no case manager is assigned to this and that a letter was sent to the dealership and pretty much that is all they will do.
DO NOT DEAL WITH GREENWAY DODGE in Orlando! They are rude and nasty and I will not stop pushing this issue until I am satisfied that the manager has been dealt with and an apology is issued.
GREENWAY DODGE UNABLE TO TELL THE TRUTH
We contacted Greenway Dodge in FL to purchase a Dodge Ram truck, we asked them to send us pictures of the truck and describe any faults it had, they described it as unmarked and perfect. On the pictures we thought we could see some body damage, we asked them a direct question if this was true, they said there was no damage at all, we asked them to service it which we would pay for, they said they would and charged for it.
We asked them to fit a GENUINE Dodge Bluetooth kit to the truck, they gave us a price and despite the fact that they were more expensive than others for the same thing, we thought they should do it as they were selling us the truck and that they were Dodge dealers. They knew we were not going to be able to collect the truck in person but have our driver collect it for us, so we presume they knew they could lie and lie and get away with it. We paid them the full asking price and paid them for all the work we asked them to do, then we learnt that the truck had finance on it and they did not own it, as such the DMV would not provide a clear title to the truck. So after a LONG while they eventually got round to paying it off, I assume when they could be bothered to do it.
Imagine how happy we were when we saw the truck for the first time, it was damaged exactly where we thought we could see damage in the pictures, had they serviced it? I think not, the filters were old and would you think a GENUINE Dodge dealer would use old NAPA filters? The Bluetooth kit was in fact a Parrot kit we then found fitted by a Auto Shop in Tampa, not the good one either, the VERY basic one you can buy for $80. We contacted them and basically they said live with it, we are doing nothing and offering nothing to you, you have it now live with it.
Contacted upper management as well and they could not care less either. So HOW GOOD ARE GREENWAY DODGE? I will let you make your own mind up on that, would we trust them again?
If they said it was daytime, I would walk outside and take a look. The old expression Buyer Beware should be taken as gospel with Greenway Dodge!!

Yes this truck has two year warranty, yes all the fluids has been change, yes the rear bumber and the windshield will de fix,ask for the record none! Shows that the oil was change may 27 and a bought the truck the 25 hello!
None of this was the truth where is your integrity ! My son was thinking to get a new car charger !dont think so!
