Greenville Chrysler - Truck Review

Bought a truck from Greenville Chrysler a year ago transmission just went out under warranty and it took two weeks for the service team to diagnose the truck that the transmission was bad almost a month later truck is still in the shop waiting on the warranty company to send a transmission to them Every week is the same thing so when you buy a vehicle from Greenville Chrysler I warranty doesn't mean they're going to take care of you right away it means they sold you something to make the bank happy hopefully I get my truck back soon this year

Greenville Chrysler - 2003 Chevrolet Silverado Truck Review

I bought a used truck over 4 months ago and still haven't received license plates. They will not return calls or emails. Then i find out there is a lien on the truck and they broke the law selling the truck without a clear title. I have reached out to every manager there and none of them will return my calls or emails. They sent me a temporary tag that is not even valid according to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. So now I make payments on a truck I can't even drive.

Greenville Chrysler Sales Representative Review

Sales person said yes to 2nd key and numerous times has assured my wife and i he would get one even if he had to buy one. We got the run around most every time from this guy. He got what he wanted in the sale and then just blew us off. Confronted hom at the dealership and he still had to lie to my face. We have purchased 3 vehicles from there but will NOT be back.. All BS..

Greenville Chrysler - Car Service Review from Fort Worth, Texas

I have been a customer for many years, as well as my family. I have to say the past few experiences in service was awful. Like the company doesnt even care anymore about their customers. There are 3 guys in the service department/ express lane and they are complete idiots. They dont let you talk and jeremy...oh man, this guy is as unprofessional as it gets. The fat guy next to him thinks hes hot *** and the guy outside cant think for himself if he wanted too. As for the managers, one seems high...maybe drug teat your employees randomly! And the other one seems like she is so flustered she doesnt know what shes doing. As far as the work done on my car, well i priced all the parts and added the $115.00 an hour labor to my prices and i was screwed by over 300.00. Ridiculous! We will never be back. This company needs to pull their heads out of their *** and wise up, word of mouth can kill a business even a business of this size.

Horrible Management - Don't do business here - you'll be sorry if you do

Be very careful buying a truck or any vehicle from this dealership. Our salesman, Jason, was amazing he was very helpful and assisted us in every way. He always called us back and answered any questions we had. We never had to wait very long for a response. Once he had us set up ready to go ahead and purchase the truck (2007 Dodge MegaCab Dually 4x4 6 speed manual), Jason transferred all of our paper work over to Marcia in financing where all the lies and trouble started. First, we were told to over night our payment to them because we were purchasing the truck from Florida and having it transported to us. Then Marcia told us not to worry about overnighting the money to them to just make a copy of the Bank Draft and Cashiers Check and fax it to her (this was to show proof of payment) then she would release the truck for transportation to pick up. She would send documents through Fed EX to us. When we received them to sign and send payment and signed documents back to her by prepaid Fed EX. So I went and paid 850.00 for a transportation company to come and pick up the truck the next day. I tried to call Marcia several times and left messages for her to call me back and let her know that transportation was pre-scheduled before I paid for it. So I went ahead and paid for it about 5:30 (TX time)before I lost my spot in transporting. After scheduling transportation with a non-refundable payment, was informed about 7:00 (TX time) that they would not release the truck to us until Bank Draft had cleared their bank. So now because Marcia lied to us and we even spoke to an Accountant at their dealership and to Eric Sealey who did not try to fix the issue or back his salesperson, he did not even have confidence that Marcia in finance was even doing her job. Eric tried to get us to finance the truck through his company with higher interest rates (why would we do that when we already had the money - that's just ***). We read the reviews before making out decision but we really trust our salesman Jason, so we went ahead and started business with Greenville Chrysler, TX. I was hoping to be able to write a good review to try an bring up their review rates but guess what we should have listened more to the reviews. As far as Jason, he did nothing wrong except works for a horrible company. Good Luck to you.

Nightmare

I could write a book on issues with this dealer but i will keep it short. I purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 from them. They did not have what I wanted but set up a dealer trade for one and said they would have it in a few days. They went through 4 trucks they had secured. Would call me and tell me it was a done deal only when I called the next day they would tell me it fell through. They finally got my truck that was delivered to their dealer on a wrecker. That is a whole story I will not get into on here. They lied to me about everything, even things that did not matter they would lie about it anyway. The salesman ran out of lies and passed me to a manager who told me more lies then sent me to deal with a second manager. I should of walked away several times and I don't know why i didn't. When I did get my truck I did not get my second key or owners manuals. Its been 3 months now and they will not return my call. I know I have left messages with the manager over 10 times. Once you sign that paper they could care less about you. I would think when you spend over $50,000 on a truck that they would care about taking care of the customer and would get me the extra key and manual but they will not give it to me. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and stay far away from these people. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with.

We have a lot of experience with this dealership!

I wanted to write about our experiences with this dealership. After we realized that for our household, buying used was the way to go, we started buying from Greenville Chrysler. They have always made it so pleasant and easy. It is always worth the drive. We have been buying used cars from this dealership for years- at least 4 cars (I have a horrible memory!). They are not pushy and listen to what our needs are and do their best to meet them. I would send any friend their way who was looking to buy a car- new or used!

Sold truck I was on the way to look at

Yes it's true I was headed to look at a truck from Burleson I had called several times about and called when I was on the way I get a phone call a hour into my drive they can' find the truck so another hour sitting at a gas station parking lot calling upper management MYSELF I find the truck was sold. Yes my salesman didn't have the nerve to call and admit what he did. Now 2 weeks later the truck I wanted I still on their website. BEWARE! Buy from a local dealer. No savings here If you want to be lied to. Fake used car salesmen attitude do not buy here. I have nothing to gain by posting this review just trying to save the next guy

Greenville Chrysler screwed me.

Bought a used truck, the motor blew the day after I bought it. By this time I have driven it for maybe an hour. I contacted them and they refused to help in any way. I told them that I had a reasonable expectation to get more than an hours useage out of it. They said tough, it was sold as is. I wound up spending another $1400 to get a new motor put in. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That was a waste of time, they sided with them. There is no way on God's green earth I would ever buy anything from them.

Greenville Chysler Dodge

I tell you what do not use Greenville Chrysler dodge to get any work done on your cars or trucks. They have had my Intrepid for a month and now call me to tell be it is not fixed that a part that I had put on it before is bad now that it is off of warranty. so It is just a racket. Until they get the quota I will not get my car fixed. I will never buy another dodge/ chrysler product. It will be a cold day in *** before I ever tell anyone to buy this product. Other than tell everyone how bad the stinking product is now. This is the 5Th intrepid I have had and never had this problem. If the company employees do not know how to work on there product someone needs some school.
