Resolved: I have bought a puppy from greenfeild...
I have bought a puppy from Greenfield Puppies, a breeder named [PERSON_NAME] [PERSON_NAME]. I called him a week ago to let him know about how he was not getting along with my other dogs and that he went after my daughter's face.
I also informed him that I would let him know how he was going forward. Fast forward to now. I left a voicemail a few days ago; he has not returned my call. I have texted him; he has not responded.
I also just called and left another voicemail again. However, the dog is aggressive; he bit me, he goes after my kids and the other dogs I have. I was not informed of this. I feel he is more of an outside dog than an inside dog.
Can you please help me with this situation?
I asked him if I could return him and get half of my money back that I paid for him. Also, the pictures were not updated on the dog's file; he was bigger when we received him than he looked in the pictures on his file.
Preferred solution: Full refund
